Emergency COVID19 cleaning

If you have a confirmed COVID19 case within your premises (be it via test and protect or staff members), we are here to help. We offer a priority biohazard cleaning service for any property which has been affected by SARS-CoV-2 and its subsequent disease COVID19.

Our highly trained, specialist team will seal your property allowing entry only for themselves and begin a process of testing and cleaning. Using a combination of application by hand and by machine we ensure surfaces are cleaned and in contact with the virus destroying chemicals. Specialist test machines take before and after readings to detect biomatter, essential for viral partical survival and chemical test strips are dispersed throughout buildings to ensure the correct saturation levels of fogged chemicals is reached. Once the process is complete one hour must be allowed before re-entry by the general public or staff, and we will issue a certificate of clean detailing the chemicals used.

Anti-viral decontamination

While all our process within general cleaning and laundering processes are subject to Anti-viral processes we can also offer a complex Antiviral Decontamination Fogging procedure.

This is a professional and complex whole room/building disinfection process by highly trained staff. Offering virtually instant results with data evidence as a result of before and after swab testing this is the top tier of decontamination in any setting.

The viricidal fogging chemicals we use are Envirosafe and Envirosafe SF which is a powerful, fast acting cleaner and sanitiser, approved to BS EN 1276, BS EN 1650 and BS EN 14476:2013 A2:2019 Annex A. All with recorded log kills of between 4.33 and 6.

Fogging significantly reduces the number of viable infectious pathogens, treating the surface and the air, when compared to manual surface cleaning alone. It offers a quick, effective process with minimal disruption to the organisation.

Fogging sanitation produces micro-droplets of disinfectant and biocides that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application. Dispersing these micro-droplets into the air means the solution can reach hard to access areas that would not be sanitised by conventional cleaning.

We can offer solutions for zone disinfection or whole building disinfection.

Full risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments and building specific documentation will be provided prior to each decontamination. High tech, WiFi enabled technology will be used to ensure you have real time test results before and after application.

Fogging is not recommended as a quick solution to cleaning for example between guests at a holiday let etc. It is a final step in an intensive cleaning protocol and is advised against by the ASSC (Association of Scotland’s Self Caterers).

Commercial cleaning

We have years of experience cleaning various commercial premises and industrial sites.

We use our own Health and Safety software system provided by HS Direct who assists us with producing all our bespoke and up to date Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Health and Safety Policies and records of staff training amongst many other functions. The Safety First Package ensures our clients and staff are all provided with up to the minute legislation, policies and health and safety information at the push of a button

All staff are trained in zone cleaning methods, colour coded safe systems, manual handling, COSHH Level 2 and Cleaning & Infection Control.

We can provide our own range of professional cleaning products for use in your premises or site or similarly we can conform to your wider policies and adopt the products and COSHH assessments of your preference. We are also willing to combine the two for optimal results.

Our staff are always ready to attend site inductions and begin work as soon as possible. We hold our own stock of branded PPE to enable us to be recognised onsite.

Deep cleaning

Our deep cleans cover every inch of every room. Beginning at the ceiling, removing any cobwebs hiding away in the corners, a dusting of the walls, a clean of the windows and their components, a wipe and polish of the skirtings followed by a hoover and carpet wash of the floors.

Any furniture or furnishings you may have in your property also recieve the same VIP treatment, although we don't like to go through personals so this is not included unless someone specifically requests internal wardrobe/drawer cleaning etc.

Bathrooms are scrubbed to within inches of their lives, ovens are tackled with military determination and windows get maximum elbow grease!

Internal kitchen cupboards, fridges, deep freezes, microwaves, toasters are all areas cleaned and checked during a deep clean.

But in Clean Bees style one size does not fit all, we will discuss specifics with you prior to issuing a quote specifically covering areas you request.

Handy person

A recent addition to the Clean Bees family is the Handyperson post. Created through the demand of our own holiday let turnarounds and the need for odd jobs to be fixed on a daily basis.

Our handyperson is not exclusive to the holiday lets and can provide odd job services to the general public.

Soon we will also be offering PAT testing once our Handyperson completes accredited training to service local businesses and holiday home owners alike.

You might see our van passing, buzzing about on odd jobs, laundry deliveries and even chipping in with our changeover cleans meantime.

Our handyperson has undergone the same training all other Clean Bees staff have regarding Cleaning and Infection Control.

Healthcare provider settings

Clean Bees Ltd has been contingency cleaners for public and private healthcare providers for a number of years.

Staff will undergo training to be in line with your existing cleaning methods and chemicals meaning in the event of staff illness or shortages we can step in at short notice to ensure continuity. This is vital in sectors where cleaning and infection control management is paramount.

We hold the relevant insurances for hospital and healthcare work and our staff are all disclosed with up to date manual handling training completed.

Clean Bees first began life as a very small business servicing two local Holiday Lets, carrying out changeover cleans, laundry and being a source of support for guests.

House sale cleaning

Laundrette

We are in the process of building a new build premises to house top of the range, modern facilities capable of servicing a far greater amount of laundry than we do at present in our small premises.

More information on this will follow but we will be offering professional flatwork finishing in addition to linen hire for the hospitality sector.

Our present Launderette allows us to service all our own holiday let laundry plus the support of numerous other self catering providers.

Wash, dry, iron, fold or any combination of those. Our commercial washers and dryer allows us to produce high volumes of laundry in short times with efficient use of water and heat.

We hold a current small stock of linen and towels which we use to back up our self catering sector or they are available for hire.

Our laundry services to the public include arranged drop offs for duvets, domestic washing and personal drying/ironing.

We regret that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we can no longer accept drop ins for service washes.

Post-construction cleaning

As members of the CIS Scheme we have extensive experience with post construction cleaning and working with contractors nationwide.

Sympathetic to the nature of construction work and the evolving timescales of completion we can work alongside your site manager to ensure we visit at the optimal time whether it be for a post construction tidy up or a hand over sparkle clean.

The fine detail in which our cleaning staff will give to cleaning your property often highlights snagging issues otherwise overlooked which will be reported to the site office immediately.

Full RAMS will be provided prior to each job to comply with your health and safety policy. Staff will attend site with the PPE relevant to the stage of your construction project.
